Internal Regulations

1.- All persons registering and entering the Campsite are obliged to comply with these Regulations and other provisions set forth in current legislation. Any specific Campsite provisions posted publicly are also part of these Regulations.

2.- Only those provided with the minimum necessary equipment and who have reserved a Tiny Home or Glamping Tent will be admitted.

3.- The Campsite will not accept reservations or stays from minors. All minors must always be accompanied by an adult, who must be their parent or legal guardian.

4.- Guests must provide proof of identity and that of their companions with sufficient documentation, in the opinion of Campsite Management, and must sign the necessary documents for registration.

5.- The current rates are those posted on our website (www.pladelatorrecamping.com). Prices will be applied per day according to the number of nights stayed.

6. Check-in times for stays will be established in the General Booking Conditions. Check-out times must be observed at the end of the stay.

7. For billing purposes, any changes in the number of people or days of stay must be communicated beforehand. Otherwise, the rate will be based on the number of people and dates of stay registered at Reception.

8. The campsite allows pets. Dogs declared dangerous breeds or crosses of these breeds are not permitted. For other breeds, all specific regulations established in this regard must be observed, the required documentation, both governmental and health, must be presented, and they must be kept on a leash at all times. Pet owners will be responsible for any damage they may cause.

9. The Campsite declines all responsibility for any tampering with the electrical system by the client or improper connections that may cause an accident.

10. Any service provided by the Campsite that is not required by current tourism regulations is entirely voluntary, and therefore, its provision may be suspended, in whole or in part, at any time.

11. Vehicle speed is limited to 10 km/h. It is recommended that vehicles be used to a minimum within the Campsite. Violators of this rule will be held civilly or criminally liable for any accidents that may occur. Under no circumstances will vehicles that exceed the noise levels permitted by local ordinances be permitted to circulate.

12. Entry into the accommodation area is prohibited for persons not staying at the Campsite. In exceptional cases, the client may obtain authorization to bring in family members and/or friends, under their own responsibility, always for a limited and pre-arranged time. Visitors must comply with the rules of these Internal Regulations.

13. Quiet hours will be from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During these hours, guests must refrain from making any noise or shouting and must adjust the volume of the sound systems and lighting so as not to disturb neighbors. Vehicle traffic is prohibited, except in cases of previously authorized emergencies. Guests wishing to enter or leave the campsite during these hours must do so on foot.

14. Camper Obligations:
– Respect the specific rules of the campsite for the proper functioning and good coexistence.
– Respect the existing vegetation and avoid actions or the use of elements that could damage it.
– Respect the facilities in general, using them properly and leaving them in optimal condition.
– Report any cases of contagious diseases to the campsite management.
– Collect all types of waste in sealed bags, which will be placed in the recycling bins.
– Take appropriate precautions to protect your belongings.
– Disturb the rest of other campers during quiet hours.

15. Campers who violate any aspect of these Regulations will be asked to leave the campsite. If they do not do so voluntarily, they will be expelled by the Camp Director, who is officially empowered to do so. The Camp Director may, where appropriate, request assistance from law enforcement.

16.- By simply registering at the Campsite, the customer accepts and agrees to the prices, the Internal Regulations, the Personal Data Protection Policy, and all other specific regulations referred to in section 1.

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, Terms and Conditions) is to regulate access to and use of the Website. Pla de la Torre reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and the Content and Services that may be incorporated therein. Access to the Website by the User is free of charge and, as a general rule, free of charge. The User is not required to provide any compensation to enjoy it, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.
